We are looking for an HR enthusiast to join our mission to make Dexfinity the dream place of everyone in the e-commerce industry!
The role of HR specialist in the Dexfinity team
- Complete documentation management related to HR processes.
- Separate research and pre-selection of candidates for all filled positions in the company.
- Participation in the onboarding of new colleagues.
- Active solution of settings (accesses, roles) in the internal system.
- Active use of data in the internal system for the needs of evaluation and implementation of HR processes.
- Participation in the creation and implementation of processes within the entire company in cooperation with individual managers and the HR team.
- Bringing new innovative ideas and proposals for the comprehensive improvement of the company’s corporate culture.

Personal prerequisites and skills
Generally

Hard skills
- At least 3 years of experience in the position of HR specialist/manager.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Orientation in HR principles and in all associated areas.
