You will start under the guidance of an experienced senior, later you will work more independently in cooperation with him. But your growth will be supported by the entire PPC team and a group of experienced accounts.
Your workload will be
management of Google Ads campaigns
data evaluation, preparation of analyses, statistics and reports and their visualization for clients
tracking new trends and opportunities in paid campaigns
reporting results and tasks
education in PPC, automation and related fields

Personal prerequisites and skills
Generally
- Above all, we expect your interest in learning everything in the field of PPC advertising that we will be able to offer you
- We expect your time and commitment
- Be a team player and remember that the best way to achieve your goals is to work with others.
- You should have your own time management in the palm of your hand.
Soft skills
- The basis is empathy, thanks to which you understand the client’s needs and the processes in the team.
- Communication skills and a feeling for specific communication with the client are important – you should be able to quickly learn to speak “the language of his tribe”.
- Orientation to results is paramount – “Always be closing”.
Hard skills
- We know you are a junior, but working with Excel and/or Google Sheets should be close to you. Very close 🙂
- Excellent analytical thinking, ability to draw correct conclusions from data and subsequent action steps.
- Knowledge of the English language at least at B2 level.
- Studying MatFyz, FIIT or FEI is a great advantage, but not a requirement.
