Remarketing

Remarketing is a very effective type of advertising targeting. It addresses precisely those people who have already visited your website.

What does remarketing mean?

Remarketing is the repeated display of targeted ads to potential customers based on their previous interactions with a given website, email or other digital channels.

The goal is to strengthen the relationship with your customers, increase the effectiveness of advertising and thereby support conversions.

Example: We all know the following scenario very well. I want to buy new sneakers, I spend some time on the e-shop page, choose the three most beautiful models and put them in the basket. Then I tell myself that I will look at other sites and not complete the purchase. All of a sudden, I start seeing ads for these sneakers on various pages, and I know that the brand is trying to remarket me.

Remarketing in advertising
Up to 56% of brands use retargeting to acquire customers. Read how we increased client turnover by 110% year-on-year increase in sales thanks to Google Ads.

How does remarketing work?

In marketing, it is used to re-engage customers who left our website without completing a purchase. In practice, it works through the so-called cookies that collect user behavior on websites. Thanks to them, we can retarget the customer and reach out to him to successfully complete the purchase.

What types of remarketing do we know?

Remarketing campaigns are most often used in search engines (Google Ads remarketing), on social networks (Facebook remarketing, Instagram remarketing…) via e-mail or video .

However, the most effective form is the so-called Dynamic remarketing , which creates personalized ads tailored to the user. Advertisements are tailored to the specific interests of the user, whom they address with a product or service in which they have already shown interest. This increases the chance of conversion.
