Conversions that stand on data

CRO and conversion optimisation for e-shops

Get more orders from the same traffic. We do not guess what to change. First we find in the data where you lose customers, then we test it.

Why it matters

Where e-shops lose orders they already paid for

You paid for the visit in ads. If it does not turn into a purchase, the money is gone. And most customers drop off exactly where you cannot see it without data.

01

Decisions by gut feeling

You change the site because someone did not like it. Without funnel data you cannot tell if the change helped or hurt.

02

Broken mobile and checkout

Most purchases happen on mobile and most orders drop off in the cart and at payment. Right where few people look.

03

Changes without testing

The new version looks better, but nobody checked whether it sells more. A redesign without a test is a gamble with revenue.

The result. Expensive traffic leaves without buying and you do not know why. Yet the answer is in the data.
What we do

Optimisation that stands on data, not on gut feeling

First we find where exactly you lose customers. Then we propose changes, test them and roll out only the ones that provably raise revenue.

1

GA4 conversion audit

Where exactly in the funnel people leave. By device, source and step. Facts, not guesses.

2

Heatmaps and session recordings

You see where visitors get stuck, what they overlook and where they give up. Real behaviour, not assumption.

3

A/B testing

The original against the new. Statistics decide, not opinion. We roll out only the proven winner.

4

UX audit and usability

We walk the key purchase steps through the eyes of a real customer and find the friction that costs an order.

5

Checkout optimisation

Cart and payment are where most orders drop off. We remove the steps and friction that block the purchase.

6

Mobile first

Most purchases come from mobile and that is where the biggest room usually is. We optimise for the thumb, not the mouse.

How it works

Four steps from guess to certainty

We do not start by redrawing the site. We start with the question of where you really lose money, and end with a change that has proof behind it.

  • Diagnosis, from GA4 and heatmaps we find where and why customers leave
  • Priority, we rank ideas by impact and effort and go for the biggest gain first
  • Test, we validate the change with an A/B test on real traffic, not on gut feeling
  • Scale, we roll out the winner and launch the next test

Why Dexfinity

The gap between redrawing and optimising

Most agencies redraw the site by feel and hope. We change element by element and back every change with data.

Who it is for

When you want more from every visit

E-shop

You pay for expensive traffic

Ads get pricier and winning a visitor costs more every year. Instead of a bigger budget, get more out of what you already have.

Owner

You want to grow without more spend

A higher conversion rate means more revenue from the same traffic. The cheapest growth an e-shop has.

Marketer

You drive traffic that does not convert

Campaigns bring people in, but the site loses them. CRO plugs the hole your ad money leaks through.

FAQ

What you ask most

How is CRO different from a website redesign+
A redesign changes everything at once by feel and hopes it helps. CRO moves by data. First we find in GA4 and heatmaps where you really lose customers, then we test individual changes and roll out only the ones that provably raise conversions. Less risk, a measurable result.
How long before I see results+
You get the conversion audit with the first findings right at the start. The first A/B tests usually run 2 to 4 weeks to reach statistical confidence. Then result follows result as we launch further tests.
Do I need large traffic for A/B tests+
More traffic means faster tests, but it is not a condition. For smaller e-shops we start qualitatively, with heatmaps, recordings and a UX audit, where we find the biggest friction even without large numbers. We add A/B tests where the volume is enough.
Does it work with Shopify, WooCommerce and other platforms+
Yes. We do CRO on all common e-shop platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, Shoptet and custom builds. As a Google Premier Partner 10 years running, with roots in e-commerce since 2009 and work across 34 markets, we know where to look.
